Admirers of Georgetown’s Colonial-era homes don’t always love the small rooms and low ceilings that were popular with home buyers from the early 1900s.
Bogdan Builders recently completed renovations on a home at 2807 Q St. NW in Georgetown’s East Village, transforming the historic property with the help of architecture firm KC/DC Studios and landscape design firm Goffin Gardens. Priced at $2.295 million, the residence now includes a front porch and a large landscaped back garden with a deck and a bluestone patio, plus a rough-in for a fire pit and a gas grill.
