Warren Buffett’s childhood home at 4211 49th Street NW sold for $1,550,000. When the sellers, Leyla and Anthony Serafino moved in they realized Buffett once lived there and they struck up a correspondence with him about his former home. The house has been renovated top to bottom since then of course and now features two additions, an eat0in kitchen, a master bedroom with an en-suite spa bath and fully finished basement. The property was listed by Kimberly Casey of Washington Fine Properties.
